This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while ensuring access to vital resources and support from our outpatient office. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule within regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate your clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies tailored to individual client challenges.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer counselors, to provide holistic care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at discussing progress, refining treatment strategies, and sharing insights.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them with resources available in the community.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care through ongoing professional development and continuing education.

In your role, you will engage with a varied clientele, including individuals from diverse backgrounds facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
