Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage with clients compassionately.

• Ability to exhibit empathy, maintain a non-judgmental approach, and establish rapport with clients quickly.

• Effective organizational skills with the capability to manage a caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with teletherapy practices is highly beneficial. Counselors with prior experience working with diverse populations and multidimensional issues will find this position particularly rewarding. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation software is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
