Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health therapist at Health Link Now Wellness Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and crafting personalized treatment plans that address these needs.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Partnering with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate a holistic treatment approach for clients.
• Offering crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies with a compassionate and supportive demeanor.
• Participating in community outreach efforts, such as workshops and support groups, to raise awareness about mental health and reduce stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
