Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, history, and goals through video consultations, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans that address specific issues.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapy for a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and interpersonal relationship issues.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies during urgent situations, ensuring clients receive immediate support and establishing a plan for ongoing care.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care coordination for your clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic records of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, conferences, and workshops to stay updated on evolving therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

Your role as a licensed therapist will focus on providing care to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and licensure.
