Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote; however, applicants must reside in California to meet licensure requirements. Our dedicated team operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for work-life balance while engaging in fulfilling duties within the behavioral health field. You will have access to a virtual platform that enables communication and collaboration with your peers and support staff, ensuring that you have the tools needed to succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, tailoring interventions to meet unique client needs and situations.

• Provide therapeutic support through evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and play therapy, during scheduled virtual sessions.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, collaborating with families, educators, and other mental health professionals to promote a positive school environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communication activities in accordance with organizational policies.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights for client improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of children and adolescents, typically between the ages of 5 and 18, who are facing various psychological and behavioral challenges. This role involves working closely with students who may experience anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, or socialization issues. By addressing these challenges through your interventions, you will play a pivotal role in helping young individuals reach their full potential and foster healthier emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a client-facing role, preferably within educational or pediatric settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, this position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
