Work Environment\n

This role offers a fully remote work setting with the flexibility to manage your schedule under a structured framework. Our therapists adhere to a standard workweek of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. While operating remotely, you will collaborate closely with other professionals and participate in regular virtual team meetings to discuss patient care, share insights, and enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to create customized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements, utilizing clinical software tools effectively.

• Engage in continuous education and professional development through workshops, case consultations, and team discussions to remain current with best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
