Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine client needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans that address these needs.

• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive immediate support and care.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
