Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Developing and regularly reviewing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure their goals are met.

• Working closely with outside treatment providers and community placement agencies to optimize client care and integrate services.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client case notes, treatment plans, and progress notes in our secure electronic health record system.

Qualifications\n
