Position Overview Physical Therapy Dynamics is actively searching for a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in San Bernardino, California. This full-time position will place you at the forefront of patient care, focusing on the restoration of mobility and enhancement of overall quality of life through targeted rehabilitation techniques. This role is based onsite at our outpatient office, which is designed to offer patients a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere as they undergo therapy. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and resources that support advanced therapeutic techniques. Your standard work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent and predictable work-life balance.
Manage a patient caseload effectively, typically seeing one patient per hour to ensure focused care and attention.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and rehabilitative exercises.
Enhance patient mobility through cost-effective therapy interventions while minimizing reliance on medication and surgical options.
Document all patient interactions, therapy provided, and ongoing progress in compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols.
Engage in continuous collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and improve patient outcomes.
Your work will directly benefit a wide range of patients, including athletes, elderly clients, and those recovering from orthopedic surgeries. By leveraging your expertise, you will help individuals regain their strength, flexibility, and coordination, fostering a sense of empowerment as they return to their daily activities and pursuits.
A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited program.
A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California without any restrictions or disciplinary actions.
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based rehabilitation approaches.
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to document patient progress and treatment plans.
Previous work experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs within this specialization.
Skilled in the design and implementation of individualized exercise programs catered to a variety of patient needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and their families, fostering a supportive treatment atmosphere.
