Position Overview Diamond Hearts Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Saint Petersburg, Florida. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. We are looking for a compassionate individual who will provide exceptional care to our diverse patient population within a vibrant rehabilitation facility.

This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in the heart of Saint Petersburg, known for its collaborative and conducive work atmosphere. Our facility includes various treatment areas equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and tools to support maximum recovery.

As a Physical Therapist at Diamond Hearts, your daily responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing movement dysfunction and formulating personalized treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals.

Employing hands-on techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic modalities, to facilitate healing and restore function.

Maintaining comprehensive patient records that document progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

Providing guidance and education to patients and their families about post-treatment exercises and home-based care options.

We serve a diverse patient population, including children and adults with various diagnoses ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain disorders. Our therapists are trained to approach each case with empathy and individualized attention, ensuring our clients feel empowered and supported throughout their rehabilitation journeys.

A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, we value mentorship and are open to new graduates who demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and professional growth. Experience in specialized areas, such as pediatrics or geriatrics, will be considered an asset.
