Position Overview We invite you to join Journey to Health Rehab Center as a Physical Therapist at our outpatient orthopedic clinic located in the vibrant community of Manassas, Virginia. In this full-time role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to influence patient care daily, empowering individuals to move better and regain their strength. Your contributions will be pivotal from patient assessments through to personalized therapy sessions, all aimed at facilitating recovery and enhancing quality of life.

Journey to Health Rehab Center is a well-established outpatient clinic known for its commitment to providing top-tier rehabilitation services. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals works collaboratively to implement innovative treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

As an onsite Physical Therapist in our outpatient office, you will operate in a professional, well-equipped facility designed to promote optimal healing and rehabilitation. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will find a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and development. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance with no weekend or evening shifts.

Implement hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the utilization of specialized rehabilitation equipment.

Monitor and document patient progress, making ongoing adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure effective recovery pathways.

Engage in one-on-one patient interactions, typically managing 1-2 patients per hour, to maximize therapeutic outcomes and provide focused care.

Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to clinical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Our clinic primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. This role implies a significant impact on diverse patients, from athletes seeking rehabilitation to seniors focusing on maintaining their independence.

Possession of a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

An active Virginia Physical Therapy license is mandatory to practice in the state.
