Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries, assessing their physical condition and readiness for therapy.

Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that utilize various modalities including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and state-of-the-art equipment aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing mobility.

Document treatment sessions meticulously, track patient progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment goals and approaches as needed.

Participate in patient care conferences and collaborate with other health care professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient demographic, including children and adults with various diagnoses such as post-operative recovery, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. This role requires a therapist who is adept at tailoring treatment plans to meet the distinct needs of each patient, fostering both recovery and empowerment.

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

While the position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, we welcome recent graduates who demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow in their profession. Specialized training in areas such as orthopedics, pediatric therapy, or sports rehabilitation is a plus.
