Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological health status thoroughly.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on individual client goals and evidence-based methodologies.
• Offer a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, while integrating techniques based on current research and clinical best practices.
• Proactively monitor client progress, utilizing standardized tools to measure outcomes and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute emotional distress or escalating issues.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records and documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other legal/ethical standards.
• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and well-rounded care.
• Continuously update clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development, attending workshops, and participating in peer supervision.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations, ensuring both legal compliance and ethical integrity in therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
