Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and concerns of each patient.

• Maintaining open communication with supervisors, colleagues, and clients' families to discuss treatment progress and necessary adjustments.

• Creating and updating a tentative schedule for appointments, home visits, and professional observations.

• Coordinating necessary home visits, ensuring thorough observations and critical chart reviews for effective treatment.

• Conducting regular interdisciplinary team meetings to support collaborative patient care and service delivery.

• Documenting progress notes monthly and quarterly to track patient developments and outcomes.

• Organizing training sessions for staff to ensure proficiency in treatment methodologies and documentation standards.

• Facilitating follow-up assessments and home visits to continually support each patient's evolving needs.

• Acting as a liaison between our organization and the community to promote mental health awareness and resources.

• Assisting in the development of training materials to improve program implementations.

Qualifications\n

We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling capacity, preferably within a clinical environment.

• Demonstrated understanding and application of legal and ethical practices in mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse group of clients.
