Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, identifying their unique needs and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Washington State.

• Solid understanding of child and adolescent mental health issues, evidence-based therapies, and best practice approaches in therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective individual and family therapy tailored to the unique developmental needs of young clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.
