Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and ascertain their specific needs for treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans targeting trauma recovery, employing evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

This role will primarily focus on clients who have experienced trauma, including severe emotional distress, PTSD, and related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
