Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through initial evaluations and ongoing sessions, identifying presenting issues comprehensively.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches that engage clients.
• Facilitate regular counseling sessions with clients, providing guidance and therapeutic tools to help them navigate challenges, foster resilience, and promote recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to other specialists (such as psychiatrists) when necessary to ensure holistic treatment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
• Participate in professional development and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of current practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will provide you the opportunity to work with a diverse client demographic, including individuals dealing with substance abuse challenges, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related mental health field.
• Current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado.

• Exceptional listening and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Proficiency in treatment modalities for complex mental health issues, including trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of local community resources and support groups that can assist in client treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, with potential for a sign-on bonus.
