Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments tailored to the unique mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs of students within the school setting.

• Providing individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and developing treatment plans based on evaluated needs.
\n
• Documenting mental health evaluations, progress notes, and counseling interactions electronically, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing collaboration with educational staff and parents to address students’ mental health needs and escalate care when necessary.
\n
• Facilitating referrals to relevant local resources, community agencies, and medication assistance programs to support students' overall well-being.

• Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and ensure effective data collection for ongoing assessment of program efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Thrive Mental Health Services, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and families in school environments. You will focus on supporting students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your expertise in culturally sensitive practices will be essential to ensure that you are effectively meeting the diverse needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work.
\n
• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience providing counseling services.
\n
• Strong knowledge of diverse counseling techniques and crisis intervention methodologies.

• Clinical judgment skills necessary for independently assessing and addressing clients' needs.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and data management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
