Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video sessions offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual adult clients.

• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary psychiatric teams, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to create comprehensive treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Utilize standardized assessments for symptom management, functional improvement, and goal progression to evaluate client care continually and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in regular team meetings for case consultation and professional development, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of adults grappling with trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. You will work to create a safe and trusting atmosphere for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies. Your role will play a vital part in fostering insight and resilience among those you serve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. Note that applicants who are interns or hold limited licenses requiring supervision will not be considered.

• Strong capability to independently manage client scheduling, adhere to case management practices, and maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues.

• No disciplinary actions should be on your professional license at any point in your career.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services and conducting virtual sessions is highly desirable.

• Prior work in trauma-informed care and familiarity with contemporary therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is advantageous.

• A proven track record of effectively using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document sessions and treatment plans accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000. Additionally, full-time counselors are entitled to a monthly stipend for healthcare expenses.
