Work Environment

The role is performed onsite at our outpatient clinics situated in Old Bridge, New Jersey, offering a bustling and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including the review of medical histories, physical assessments, and functional tests, to understand patient needs thoroughly.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, and ensure formal documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and their families regarding evaluation results and proposed treatment strategies, encouraging their involvement in goal-setting processes.
• Implement treatment modalities and exercises to enhance recovery, demonstrating proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programming.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices to track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work predominantly with patients suffering from a wide range of foot and ankle ailments, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and general mobility issues. Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, along with appropriate state licensure.
