Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and establish appropriate treatment approaches.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.

• Delivering various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions designed to facilitate trauma processing, the development of coping strategies, and overall emotional healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for patients.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring minimal distress for clients.

• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in couple's therapy is also a plus, as we provide training to support your growth in that area.

Compensation and Benefits\n
