Key Responsibilities\n

• Work alongside child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated and coordinated care for patients.

• Offer educational resources and guidance to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and accessible community resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing diverse mental health issues. The population you will work with may include young individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders. By fostering trust and rapport with your young clients, you will help them navigate their challenges and enhance their emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred, demonstrating competence in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Proven experience in delivering individual and family therapy, employing diverse therapeutic approaches according to client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enhancing your capability to connect with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually.
