Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents to determine their needs and establish an accurate diagnosis.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family therapy, to address the diverse mental health concerns affecting our patients.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care, emphasizing a holistic approach to mental health.

• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies to safeguard the well-being of children and adolescents.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
