Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy services to clients, employing therapeutic modalities that emphasize choice, empowerment, and evidence-based practices.

• Participate in weekly supervision sessions to discuss caseload challenges, receive feedback, and ensure adherence to ethical standards.

• Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and data entry into electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

• Provide on-call support during specified hours, ensuring that clients have access to help as needed.

• Contribute to interdepartmental committees aimed at improving service delivery, client outcomes, and organizational quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients from under-served communities, including individuals facing systemic barriers to mental health care access. The therapist will work with a varied client base, including adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional challenges. Understanding the socio-economic and cultural contexts of our clientele is crucial for fostering trust and developing effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
