Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to inform a unique plan of care focusing on individual needs and progress towards goals.
• Implement and manage therapeutic interventions that align with physician recommendations, ensuring care continuity throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and the use of therapeutic aids, empowering them to take an active role in recovery.
• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, share insights and best practices, and advocate for patient needs.
• Coordinate with support staff to manage scheduling and caseload prioritization, ensuring efficient operation and optimal patient flow.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, fulfilling legal and organizational requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and general rehabilitation needs. Your engagement will be pivotal in enabling functional recovery, pain management, and overall improvement in quality of life for all patients who seek care at our facility.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice methodologies and treatment techniques.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate leadership in patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
