Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at TruSolutions Therapy Care, you will be working onsite and directly within patients' homes, allowing for personalized care in comfortable settings. This full-time position typically requires working Monday through Thursday from 3 PM to 7 PM, with Fridays designated for a shorter day shift of four hours. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of patients suffering from injuries, diseases, and disabilities, utilizing evidence-based physical therapy modalities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and objectives tailored to each patient's specific needs based on thorough evaluations.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers with essential knowledge about their conditions, therapies, and outcomes to facilitate active participation in their recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with departmental and regulatory guidelines, ensuring all records are comprehensive and up-to-date.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, aides, and students, fostering an environment of shared learning and high-quality patient service.
• Participate in departmental operational oversight, which includes scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities, promoting a culture of learning among the staff.
• Contribute actively to departmental objectives, including quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care to a varied patient population, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric individuals, addressing a broad spectrum of physical therapy needs. Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required to ensure compliance with Florida regulations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is essential; Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
