Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will have a diverse array of responsibilities, including:

• Assessing and evaluating patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and patient goals, using various therapy modalities such as exercise, manual therapy, and education.
• Conducting therapy sessions to implement treatment plans, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Utilizing specialized equipment to facilitate rehabilitation and provide innovative therapeutic solutions tailored to each patient.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits
