Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Active Stride, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical condition and identify symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs of each patient.
• Instructing patients on effective therapeutic exercise techniques and ensuring proper usage to maximize recovery.
• Applying therapeutic modalities such as stimulation and massage to facilitate healing.
• Assisting patients with mobility aids, including wheelchairs and walkers, to enhance their independence.
• Maintaining accurate patient records that track goals, progress, and modifications to treatment plans.
• Educating patients and their families on in-home treatment options and exercises to encourage participation in their own recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will include children and adults with a range of physical therapy needs, from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• A flexible demeanor and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with at least two years of experience in the field of physical therapy will be preferred. We value experience that aligns with providing quality care to a diverse patient demographic as well as experience in utilizing specific therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

Active Stride offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
