This full-time position is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. Working in a telehealth setting, you will connect with clients using a variety of technological tools, ensuring that mental health services are accessible and effective. Our practice operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing ample opportunities to accommodate your schedule while ensuring comprehensive care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy strategies to clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to tailor treatment to their specific needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-supported modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and couples, presenting various mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. You will play a vital role in creating safe spaces for clients to explore their emotions, facilitating healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical context is mandatory.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with various bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include:
