Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including assessments of criminal records and substance abuse history, to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Document patient care meticulously in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal reporting mandates.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, effectively communicating with colleagues and clients to make informed recommendations regarding treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services and emergency consultations as necessary, demonstrating clinical precision in evaluating suicide risk and client needs during critical moments.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established practice guidelines, delivering psychotherapy and supportive therapeutic counseling to clients.

• Engage actively with community outreach efforts to build relationships and promote mental health awareness among underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with mothers and families from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds who are facing various mental health challenges. This role will involve understanding the unique situations and stressors faced by these clients, allowing for a tailored therapeutic approach that meets their specific needs. Your training and experience will enable you to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma while providing education and support to empower clients toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• A strong ability to manage a caseload efficiently while interfacing with large providers and support staff.

• Proficient in the use of electronic medical record systems for documenting patient interactions and treatment progress.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for professional interactions and client engagement.

• A current valid driver’s license and the ability to commute for on-site visits as necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in mental health assessments, community outreach, and substance abuse counseling are highly preferred.

• Familiarity with co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
