Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments, carefully evaluating clients' histories and needs to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies focusing on trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions grounded in practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care and a comprehensive understanding of client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on individuals struggling with the effects of trauma, specifically those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, ideally in settings focused on trauma-informed care.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and effective, evidence-based treatment methods.

• Demonstrated skill in delivering trauma-focused therapies and therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate positive client interactions and contribute to collaborative teamwork.

• Ability to efficiently navigate EHR systems and maintain comprehensive patient records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
