Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, helping them define clear and realistic treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based approaches in providing prevention-oriented therapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other stakeholders.

• Engage with additional treatment providers and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and treatment notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing consistent support and accountability during their therapeutic journeys.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance our clinic's culture and operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults seeking mental health services, including but not limited to those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work with clients from various socioeconomic backgrounds and diverse cultural identities, enhancing your understanding and capability to address differing perspectives and experiences in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and uncompromised license to practice as a LPC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fields.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related area.
