Work Environment

This role is stationed onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in sunny Daytona Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop personalized treatment plans reflecting each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education, to enhance recovery and rehabilitate function.
• Deliver care across a variety of specializations, such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, ensuring a broad impact across different patient demographics.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Foster open communication with patients and their families, providing education on rehabilitation processes and exercises that can be performed at home.
• Work collaboratively with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to implement evidence-based strategies that maximize patient recovery and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed productivity and utilization goals set by the organization while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Core Impact Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing needs across various life stages and health conditions. You will have the opportunity to treat individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological disorders, and developmental issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA or CAPTE.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient computer skills for maintaining patient records and reporting treatment outcomes.
• A passion for building strong therapeutic relationships that motivate patients to exceed their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits
