Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand clients' trauma histories and determine the most effective treatment approaches tailored to their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and personal growth, regularly adjusting plans based on client progress.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring clients receive the most effective interventions.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, develop effective coping strategies, enhance emotional regulation, and promote overall healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and various health care professionals to ensure a comprehensive, integrated approach to client care.

• Respond to crisis situations promptly, providing necessary interventions and support to clients in trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their support systems about trauma responses, potential coping strategies, and available resources for continued support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation that complies with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in case consultations, professional development activities, and team meetings, contributing insights on trauma-informed care strategies.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices regarding trauma therapies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals who have experienced varying degrees of trauma, particularly survivors of physical, emotional, and psychological adversity. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a relevant setting.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared objectives.

Compensation and Benefits\n
