Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal-oriented progress updates to tailor and adjust your treatment plans effectively.

• Prepare and maintain timely clinical documentation using our optimized therapist portal, enabling efficient tracking of patient progress and adherence to best practices.

• Engage in regular consultations with our Therapy Leadership Team to discuss cases, seek guidance, and enhance your clinical skills.
\n
• Conduct thorough evaluations to formulate diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) standards.
\n
• Create individualized treatment plans that adhere to established guidelines, and deliver therapy sessions that include supportive counseling and psychoeducation.
\n
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy tailored to client needs.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers, ensuring a comprehensive care approach that addresses both psychological and medication-related aspects of patient treatment.
\n
• Deliver weekly evidence-based care through synchronous live video sessions, providing support to adults experiencing a diverse range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to serving a broad spectrum of clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disorders. You will work diligently to deliver culturally sensitive care that respects and acknowledges each individual's unique life experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory; multiple state licenses are highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
