Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to recovery and resilience building.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that enable patients to process trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to individual patient needs.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering timely support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma, coping mechanisms, and available resources, fostering a supportive home environment.

• Maintain precise documentation in compliance with legal standards and confidentiality requirements.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies focused on improving trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients impacted by trauma, including those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will be at the forefront of a healing process that emphasizes resilience and recovery, working with a diverse range of individuals who require specialized care tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care.

• Extensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities.
\n
• Proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Strong interpersonal communication, characterized by empathy and a non-judgmental approach.

• Ability to remain composed and professional during crisis situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
