The work setting for this position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your time and workspace effectively. You'll connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, providing therapy sessions from your own location while maintaining a high standard of care. Although primarily remote, you will have access to our outpatient office facilities as needed for meetings and collaborative sessions with team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic modalities, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, during individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation strategies and coordinating with emergency services if necessary.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and adheres to all ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to guarantee a holistic approach to client care and to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, tailored treatment options, and community resources available for additional support, while advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to ensure the use of current best practices and compliance with industry regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include individuals, couples, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid mental health therapist license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
