Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments aimed at understanding clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological conditions, which serves as the foundation for effective treatment.

• Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, diagnoses, and therapeutic goals, through ongoing dialogue and assessment.

• Provide client-centered therapeutic counseling via telehealth, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Establish and nurture trusting, non-judgmental therapeutic relationships that promote open communication, allowing clients to feel safe in discussing their personal challenges.

• Guide clients in identifying and modifying unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors that hinder their mental well-being, using structured tools and techniques to facilitate this process.

• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that client care is holistic and coordinated, particularly with psychiatrists or other mental health specialists.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and client privacy in line with HIPAA regulations.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children and teens coping with anxiety and depression, adults facing relationship issues or life transitions, and first responders managing occupational stress and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field recognized for licensure.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
