Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health evaluations to assess individual trauma histories and determine appropriate treatment paths.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies specific to each patient’s needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, equipping patients with immediate coping strategies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, healthy coping mechanisms, and available resources for continued support.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.

• Participate actively in case consultations and ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and practices in trauma therapy.

Qualifications\n
