Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their mental health journeys.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a professional and ethical approach to mental health care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver a unified, comprehensive treatment experience for clients.

• Participate in regular case review meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions across the board.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele representing various ages and backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy methods and an aptitude for customizing interventions based on individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
