Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, interpreting histories and assessments to identify individual goals and needs.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, providing personalized attention that fosters an effective rehabilitation process.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions to improve patients' mobility and independence.
• Utilize EMR software, particularly WebPT, to document patient progress accurately and maintain organized treatment records.
• Monitor and assess treatment outcomes continually, making adjustments as necessary and communicating findings to patients and their families.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring that they remain engaged and focused on their recovery goals.
• Design and execute fitness and wellness programs that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, thereby promoting overall health.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other health professionals to formulate comprehensive care strategies for each patient.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment that adheres to all facility protocols and standards.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, demonstrating a successful track record of enhancing recovery outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability in managing diverse caseloads while maintaining high standards of care.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our organization.
