Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and techniques.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans based on the specific goals and needs of each client, ensuring tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy approaches, encompassing individual, family, and group therapy sessions both remotely and in our outpatient office.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating skillful management of sensitive situations and emotional distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards set forth by the licensing boards.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychiatric nurses, to facilitate comprehensive mental health care.

• Continuously update knowledge of mental health practices and research developments to apply the most effective therapeutic methodologies.

• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical competencies and stay abreast of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brave Recovery Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.
