Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, utilizing validated diagnostic tools and structured interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique challenges and goals, incorporating appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions through telehealth, aiming to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic objectives.
• Facilitate group or family therapy sessions via virtual platforms, creating a dynamic and engaging environment for participants.
• Monitor client progress closely, reevaluating treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and effectiveness of interventions.
• Document all client interactions professionally and accurately within our electronic medical record system (EMR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals, contributing to case discussions and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, attending trainings and workshops to stay informed about emerging practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

• A valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor (LMHC).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in providing mental health counseling services.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective interaction with clients and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to utilize technology effectively, including proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs), telehealth tools, and other treatment software.
• A collaborative spirit, with a readiness to interact constructively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapeutic services via telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities specific to various mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 95,000 yearly, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
