Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their unique needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that accommodate each client's developmental stage and family dynamics, ensuring they are both relevant and effective.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to address issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Provide family therapy sessions aimed at fostering a nurturing environment while empowering parents and caregivers to support their children’s mental wellness.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to facilitate coordinated care for our young clients.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring that children and adolescents receive appropriate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on young individuals aged from childhood through adolescence, addressing a variety of mental health concerns. In our practice, you will frequently engage with patients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral disorders—all of which require tailored therapeutic approaches to foster growth, resilience, and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• We prefer candidates to have a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience catering specifically to children and adolescents.

• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, as well as various evidence-based treatment modalities, is essential.

Regenerative Medical Services offers a competitive salary ranging between $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
