Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations, using your clinical judgment to inform treatment plans.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific goals, leveraging evidence-based techniques and patient feedback.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, employing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities as appropriate to facilitate recovery.
• Engage in regular communication with patients and their families regarding treatment progress, modifying plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Educate patients and their families about exercise regimens, pain management strategies, and home care practices to promote independence and long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient population consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, multiple sclerosis, stroke, injuries related to sports or activities of daily living, and age-related conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with each patient to identify their unique needs and tailor your approach accordingly, fostering a trusting and supportive relationship that enhances their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or related fields, demonstrating a solid foundation of clinical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits
