Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, history, and rehabilitation needs to create customized treatment plans.
• Administer hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, to improve mobility and functionality.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs and self-care strategies to promote recovery and empower independence.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress, documenting treatment interventions and outcomes for continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on patients experiencing orthopedic conditions resulting from injuries, surgeries, and chronic issues. Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure in Florida to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrated experience of 3 years in clinical practice, encompassing internships, residencies, and professional practice.
• Strong foundational knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, including assessment and treatment techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
