This remote position allows for flexibility and work-life balance. Our telehealth facility is designed to create a seamless and effective environment for both therapists and clients. You will engage with clients through secure digital platforms, offering you the unique ability to reach and support individuals who may have limited access to traditional in-person therapy. The expected work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured yet adaptable schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored therapy plans that align with client needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance client care and implement integrated treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in outreach activities to promote mental health awareness and destigmatization in the community.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be focused on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By utilizing a client-centered approach, you will empower clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals, ultimately contributing to their overall well-being and quality of life. The role may involve working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, allowing for a dynamic and varied caseload.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth practices, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, and knowledge of treatment modalities for specific populations (e.g., children, trauma survivors) will be highly regarded. Fluency in additional languages is also a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
