Work Environment\n

As a part of our Mental Health Team operating from a remote setting, you will collaborate with educators and therapists using robust digital communication tools to ensure seamless delivery of care. The remote hospice center environment prioritizes flexibility in scheduling, enabling you to effectively manage your caseload while attending to the mental health needs of students.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to the unique needs of each student.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote emotional well-being and integration into the school community.

• Provide evidence-based interventions addressing conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and trauma, employing techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that encourage personal development, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and therapists, to provide holistic care and support for students.

• Offer crisis intervention during emergencies and develop proactive strategies to reduce future crises.

• Deliver psychoeducation to students and families, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions and available resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring quality care and confidentiality of student information.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure within the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport with students and collaborating with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
