Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing mental health professionals the flexibility to work from home while still making impactful connections with patients. Utilizing telehealth technologies, you will conduct virtual therapy sessions, giving you the ability to reach clients across various demographics. The work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate patient needs. You will utilize modern electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, track patient progress, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individual in this role will work with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

Candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling are preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
