Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a patient population comprising individuals grappling with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. These may include, but are not limited to, those suffering from chronic pain syndromes, substance use disorders, and other health challenges that complicate their mental health. Your role will be crucial in helping these individuals find balance and build resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated ability to address the mental health needs of individuals with medical co-occurrences.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster rapport with patients and colleagues.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
